The rental requires one photocopy of DNI or passport of the person that is going to occupy the apartment.
Cleaning service is not included in the rental of the apartment. The apartment is cleaned before entry and upon departure.
The client has an option to pay for cleaning if they wish. The client should advise the arrival time least one day before arrival by telephone or threee days in advance by email.
Keys can be collected between 15:00 and 20:00 at the apartment. Arrival times different from this should be advised.Clients are requested to vacate the apartment before 12 midday..
